The PBI Dansensor TGC is an on-line/off-line gas analyzer, gas mixer, auto-flow regulator and data-logging device all in one. Just define the O2 level that you want and the TGC regulates the gas flow so the correct O2 level is maintained independently of packaging speed or variations in the package size. Regulating the gas flow proportionally also ensures minimum gas consumption. The TGC automates the gas flushing process on both horizontal and vertical machines. It even features a built-in random test device for headspace analysis. All parameters for mixing, flow regulation and O2 and CO2 alarms are automatically set up in the programs. |
