In-line Gas Flow Controls and Analyzers
The PBI Dansensor Module is an on-line gas analyzer for O2 or combined O2/CO2 monitoring on gas vacuum packaging equipment. Can be used for thermoforming machines, tray seal packaging machines or other vacuum based industrial processes. Each package index is measured precisely and non-destructively, and you can be absolutely sure that the gas content of your package is correct.

The PBI Dansensor TGC is an on-line/off-line gas analyzer, gas mixer, auto-flow regulator and data-logging device all in one. Just define the O2 level that you want and the TGC regulates the gas flow so the correct O2 level is maintained independently of packaging speed or variations in the package size. Regulating the gas flow proportionally also ensures minimum gas consumption. The TGC automates the gas flushing process on both horizontal and vertical machines. It even features a built-in random test device for headspace analysis. All parameters for mixing, flow regulation and O2 and CO2 alarms are automatically set up in the programs.

The PBI Dansensor MAP Check 9000 is a microprocessor-controlled O2 analyzer for on-line monitoring. These analyzers feature two O2 alarm levels, current output with alarm setting, RS 232 and complete self-diagnostics. For use in the food industry, version 9000-3 analyzer features a built-in head space test device. |

The PBI Dansensor MAP Mix 9000 is a proportional gas mixer for blending 2 or 3 gases, especially designed for all types of packaging machine applications. It is easy to use and its high accuracy is independent of flow rate and mixing range. It features an electronic alarm for low gas pressure and can be integrated with the MAP Check 9000 in one cabinet. Can be used for flow packaging machines, gas vacuum packaging machines, carbonizing furnaces and other industrial processes.
